Every great journey is made stronger by the people you travel with, and I’m incredibly fortunate to have two of the best by my side: Jorge Bergasa and Richie Taylor. The three of us didn’t just come together by coincidence; our paths crossed professionally, but what grew from that connection is a deep friendship, grounded in shared values and complementary skills.

Each of us brings something unique to the table, and together, we form a T-shaped trio of talent that covers a wide technical stack, strategic thinking, and people-first leadership. But more than that, we share a mission: to partner with clients in co-creating a culture that adapts to an ever-changing world, balancing human depth with technological efficiency.


Meet Jorge

Jorge is a Software Development Leader who thrives on problem-solving and empowering teams through Agile methodologies. His technical expertise spans .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and API integrations, but what sets him apart is his leadership. Having led multiple Agile transformations, Jorge ensures that teams stay motivated and aligned with business goals. He has worked across various sectors, from start-ups to emergency services, demonstrating his ability to tackle both technical and business challenges.

 

His experience as a Co-founder of tech start-ups like Kiticow and Friendshake demonstrate his passion for innovation, while his Agile coaching at Swansea University has shaped cross-functional teams to deliver better results, faster. Jorge has a rare ability to connect people, process, and technology in a way that drives meaningful outcomes.

 

Jorge’s ability to empower teams and guide organizations through technical and process challenges makes him the ideal partner for teams looking to increase agility and operational efficiency.


Meet Rich

Rich is our Agile Evangelist, Coach and all-round solution enabler, with over 25 years of experience in technology his career has taken him from start-up, to leading and working within large technical teams in industries including: healthcare, finance, sales, emergency services and education, deep diving into complex, historic and cultural business problems. Rich is the person you want in those brown field scenarios where you have a problem, and you have a solution, but the bit in between just doesn’t work as well as it could.  What sets him apart is his ability to streamline processes and bring clarity to complex technical landscapes, enabling teams to hit their goals faster and smarter.

 

His experience as a Change Leader at Capita and as an Agile Coach, coupled with Full Stack Development, Project Management, Delivery Management, Business Analysis and Leadership, demonstrates his deep understanding of not just the technical side but the human side of delivering complex projects.


And of course, your mate Marv...

My focus is about finding the perfect balance between human depth and technological efficiency. With extensive experience in end-to-end technology platform development and enablement, Agile leadership, and project management, I guide organizations through complex transformations, ensuring that technology empowers people, not just processes.

 

At the heart of my approach is a deep, thoughtful consideration of both the big picture and the finer details.  I take the time to understand not just the operational needs of an organization, but also the cultural and human dimensions that influence its success.  This allows me to craft solutions with teams that resonate on a deeper level, ensuring lasting impact.

 

My communication style is clear, personable, and focused on building genuine rapport.  Whether I’m working with a leadership team or the wider workforce, I prioritize creating a shared understanding, fostering trust, and ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued.  My passion for meditation and mindfulness not only helps balance pace and well-being but also contributes to a leadership style that is calm, grounded, and empathetic.

 

Additionally, I bring a deep appreciation for cultural nuances, both within teams and in a broader, global context.  I’m highly attuned to the dynamics that shape decision-making and collaboration across different backgrounds and regions, allowing me to provide oversight that is both inclusive and influential.

 

By combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, I help organizations find clarity, momentum, and confidence, especially in uncertain times.  Ultimately, my goal is always to align human needs with technology, ensuring a future that is as empowering as it is innovative.
